Geogrids
Reinforcement of the granular base layer with a geogrid allows the overall construction depth to be reduced; saving on materials and excavation. The grids are used to stabilise both paved and unpaved roads, and may also be the only practical means of initial site access.
Other applications include the stabilisation of slopes and embankments and as part of retaining wall solutions.

Tensar RE - Slope Reinforcement The unique structure of the grids enables the slope to be self supporting, with weight of soil very effectively transferred to the reinforcement, creating stability at the face of the slope, without the need of containment. The construction of Tensar RE uniaxial grids is simple and cost-effective, grids are simply placed in horizontal layers on top of compacted fill. |

Tensar Triax - Ground Stabilisation Tensar Triax (TX) offer major cost savings generated by the exceptional performance of this unique geogrid design. The overall construction depth of sub base layers is dramatically reduced by using the TX grid helping to reduce ganular materials and excavation. The compaction of granular material over Tensar TX geogrid allow the partial penetration and projection through the grids apertures creating a strong and positive interlock. |
