Extensive research on the biaxial geogrid has allowed Tensar to identify the key features that affect performance. This led to the radical change from rectangular to triangular grid aperture, creating a revolutionary new product: TriAx.

The unique TriAx structure incorporates several characteristics which combine to create an optimised structure that out-perform even Tensar biaxial geogrids.

When combined with a suitable aggregate, TriAx produces a mechanically stabilised layer with exceptional performance.

TriAx installation field trials

Field trials have confirmed that TriAx is easy to handle and install. It is robust and tough enough to be installed even over weak sub-grades.

 
TriAx promises improved performance and cost savings for a variety of ground stabilisation applications including unpaved roads and permanent paved roadways, as well as differential settlement on weak or variable sub-grades for housing developments.
