Stormcell - Aztex Membrane & Jointing Tape

The Aztex Membrane and Jointing tape have been developed as part of the Stormcell Stormwater Storage System.

Aztex Membrane

Durability

Aztex Membrane will remain flexible and will not degrade or oxidise under
temperature conditions likely to occur in practice:
Their effective operational temperature range is -25°C to 60°C.

Chemical Resistance

Aztex Membrane is resistant to attack by inorganic acids, alkalis, salt solutions which cause corrosion to metals, and dilute solutions of detergents or bleaches.

Resistance to U.V. Light

Exposure to ultraviolet light, including sunlight, will embrittle Aztex Membrane. The material is not therefore recommended for uses where it will be exposed to long periods of outdoor weathering. However, weathering will not occur when the membrane is installed in accordance with the recommendations.

Resistance to Puncturing

Aztex Membrane conforming to this standard has a high resistance to puncturing,
when used in accordance with the recommendations. However, care should be
taken to avoid damage during handling, storage, installation, and when covering with
screeds or concrete.

Typical Dimensions

Typical dimensions and corresponding minimum nett reel weights are:
4m x 12.5m x 50μm - 23.0kg
