Terram Ltd manufacture a range of Railtrack Approved materials to meet a variety of ground conditions. The ground upon which the track structure is built can vary greatly, depending upon the soil type and ground water conditions. It is very important to maintain separation between sub-grade and ballast to ensure the reliable performance and low maintenance requirement of the track.
