Aztex SPR Nonwoven Geotextiles

A high performance range of white needle punched polypropylene nonwoven geotextiles that have been developed to offer maximum CBR puncture resistance and tensile strength at minimum weight. These products are used:

• To provide long-term membrane protection in landfill and reservoir lining systems
• To protect the beach material from erosion/wash out from below rock armour sea defences
• In general separation and filtration applications where a high tensile elongation is required. 

Aztex PP Coloured Nonwoven Geotextiles

A range of medium performance needle punched nonwoven geotextiles that are manufactured from coloured polypropylene virgin fibres. These products offer mass per unit area and thickness and are suited to use where a thick cushioning layer and a high elongation are viewed as key design requirements. Typical applications include:

• As an erosion control layer under rock armour in river and coastal defence projects
• As a pipeline protection fleece
• As a cushion layer to protect impermeable membranes from puncture.
